Cyndee Allert received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2003.  Ms. Allert received a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law, in 2006.  She is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.

Prior of joining the firm of Wahrenberger & Pietro, LLP, Ms Allert served as law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Camp, J.S.C. and the Honorable Nancy Sivilli, J.S.C.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association, including the Young Lawyer's Division.

Ms. Allert joined the law firm of Wahrenberger & Pietro, LLP in 2008, where her practice is focused in the areas of medical malpractice and general liability defense.
